The family-owned hotel staff were incredibly helpful, from arranging airport transfers to recommending a great night market in Phuket. They went above and beyond by even helping us find a tour, organizing our shuttle, and delivering our forgotten belongings to our next hotel. Plus, they have the cutest rescued kitten!

There were a couple of drawbacks to this hotel. as it is located in front of a main street, there was some noise at times.
